It's rare to find a professional able to adapt his course quickly and regularily to the particularity of all his students, and in the same time, respect the programe without being interupted.
With Norma, It was very easy for me to express myself without barriers, to go past of my speaking complexes in public, to communication with others as a fun and not feeling beeing forced doing it.
Norma was patiente during all my presence in her courses. She left me enough time to think, and she pushed me in a subtle way to find solutions and the answers of the questions by myself.
